Cynthia Rust Greaves:

As the public affairs manager for the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Cynthia handles media and community relations, crisis communications and myriad special projects. She has more than 20 year of public affairs experience in health care, education, environmental activism, business, communications consulting and media skills training. She has worked with the foundation for six years and has been a PAMF patient for 12 years, so she literally knows the place inside and out. Cynthia earned her bachelor’s in public and corporate communications from Butler University, Indianapolis.

Erin Macartney:

Erin is a public affairs specialist at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, where she  coordinates PAMF’s social media program. Erin brings more than 20 years of health care communications, journalism and media relations experience to this role. Previously, she was a freelance writer and communications consultant, corporate communications manager at Quintiles, and worked in corporate communications at Amgen.  Erin is co-founder of Health Care Social Media Silicon Valley (@hcsmSV).  She earned her bachelor’s degre  in broadcast journalism at Boston University’s College of Communication.
